Get outside within the first hour of waking if possible.

  • 5–10 minutes minimum

  • Morning light is best

  • No need to overcomplicate it

Light helps regulate energy, mood, and sleep later that night.

💧 START WITH WATER FIRST

Before coffee or breakfast, drink water.

  • Large glass minimum

  • Lemon optional

Hydration first helps your body wake up more effectively.

DELAY REACTIVITY

Do not let your phone own the first 10–15 minutes of your day.

  • No email

  • No social

  • No news
