Am I tense?
Am I hungry or just stimulated?
Am I tired, stressed, or disconnected?
You do not need to fix it immediately. Just notice it.

Slow down
Notice fullness
Leave a little room
Your body often tells you before your mind does.

Listen to calming music
Rest without guilt
